Registration for the Chippewa River Conference ends September 2! Reserve your spot at the link below.
This year the event is Friday September 9, 8:30am-4:30pm. Heyde Center, Chippewa Falls, WI.

Don't miss out on a live eagle program, local historians, naturalists and biologists talking about fascinating river related topics. Lunch will be catered by Lucy's Deli, and is included in the $20 registration fee. The day will end with a social hour and live music by Paul Tweed Band.

If you can't make it to Friday's event, stop by Phoenix Park on Saturday, September 10, 8:30am-12:30pm for fun activities on the river! All events are Free! Registration is NOT required for Saturday's activities.
The WDNR will put on a fish shocking demonstration, there will be geocaching and bank fishing for kids, and a guided paddle and bike ride will launch at 10:30am.
For the Paddle: Meet at the Confluence of the Eau Claire and Chippewa Rivers at 10:30am. Bring your own Canoe/Kayak. A limited supply of kayaks will be available to rent for $15. The paddle will end around 12:30pm at Porterville Landing. A shuttle back to Phoenix Park will be provided.
For the Bike Ride: Meet at the Great Lawn, Phoenix Park at 10:30am. Bring your own bicycle and helmet. The ride is approximately 10 miles and will stop frequently and points of interest along the river.
