About this event
Go farther, faster, easier, and with less chance of injury. In this 90 minute clinic we will cover paddle sizing, gripping your paddle, offsetting your paddle blades for windy conditions, the power stroke, paddle technique (catch, stroke, recovery) using torso rotation, high & low angle strokes, and avoiding shoulder injury.
There is no cost for this clinic. Registration is appreciated, and available thru the club website or by reaching out to me at mfliehr@hotmail.com
