Paddles

We are less than three weeks away from the Rookie Rendezvous and I notice that only two of us are registered for the trip. I was potentially going to miss the event, but have changed my plans back to leading the event. I hope to see many of you on the trip. It's always a really good time.

I’ve done that the past two years when I had broken wrists. We hiked and swam instead of paddling.

I will, once again, plan on bringing jambalaya for as many people as are interested. Right now I'm planning on bringing it Thursday, but if it's raining Thursday I won't come until Friday. So I will serve it whatever night we are not going to Madeline Island. Please let me know if you want some! I am happy to make as much as we will eat, but I don't want a bunch of leftovers.

I'll have some! I'm still figuring out what to contribute to the potluck for the trip.
