Prepare to turn your watercraft into a cardio machine!


Please be prepared to launch promptly at 6 pm.


This week, we will cover engaging your core during the paddle stroke, followed by a paddling session of approximately 45 minutes, followed by cooldown. We can also cover stretches for paddlers.


Open to; Sea Kayaks, SurfSkis, Canoes, Racing Kayaks, Rowing Sculls, etc. 9' - 11' rec boats not recommended. If you'd like to try out a Sea Kayak or SurfSki, please reach out well in advance of the session.
