Prepare to turn your watercraft into a cardio machine!
Each week, we will cover efficient paddle strokes, followed by a paddling session of approximately 45 minutes, followed by cooldown. We can also cover stretches for paddlers.
Open to; Sea Kayaks, SurfSkis, Canoes, Racing Kayaks, Rowing Sculls, & SUP Boards. 9' - 11' rec boats not recommended. If you'd like to try out a Sea Kayak or SurfSki, please reach out well in advance of the session.
Water temps on Half Moon measured 60 degrees on Tue, so dress appropriately, and have a change of dry clothes in the event of a spill.
