Tonight’s paddle is listed as Timber Terrace (WJVM+69C Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin), which is actually a boat landing just east of the former Timber Terrace Golf Course off of Pumphouse Road. This week’s launch is still at 6:30pm, followed by a group photo on the water before paddling upstream about 1 mile to the scenic boulder strewn spillway to the left of the dam.
After paddle socializing ideas right in Chippewa Falls, about 4 mi away: The Shelley House serves til 9pm, The Blue Marble Pub serves til 9pm, Casa Mexicana open til 10pm. Another choice, about 6 mi away, is The Sandbar & Grill, which may serve later.
