Tonight’s social paddle is Lake Wissota Northwest (XMJ4+FPC Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin). Copying the link in parentheses takes you right there, between the Old Abe Bike trail and Wissota Golf.
6:30 launch followed by a group photo. This launch offers our choice to paddle the Chippewa River as it enters the lake or Lake Wissota itself. The light NE winds this evening will make either paddle direction quite comfortable.
Socializing afterwards will be at The Edge Pub & Eatery, whose kitchen closes at 9 pm. Remember a fleece for after the paddle.
