I do believe that the Board gets together to talk financial status, and brainstorm how we should approach summer programs and any other concerns that may have occurred during last summer; prior to the general summer planning meeting. If possible we should give the members at least a month notice before the summer planning meeting. Board members should have at least 2 weeks notice. I can meet just about anytime, except Jan. 8th or 9th my wife is having shoulder surgery.
