Paddles

Join us on Saturday, September 24 from 2:00 to 8:00 pm to celebrate the end of the summer with a paddle on beautiful Long Lake up by New Auburn. After the paddle we will gather in a campsite at Morrison-Erickson Park (right next to the boat landing) for a fire and picnic. Bring yourself, a picnic meal or dish to pass, a chair and a beverage. Get a campsite and stay over if you like. (From mid-September through October, self-registration camping is available on a first come, first served, basis. Check in and Check out time is 1 PM.)

It looks like we'll have a beautiful day for our end-of-season paddle on Long Lake. We'll launch at 2 pm from Morris Erickson campground. If you can't make the paddle, join us for the potluck--happy hour at 5 pm, dinner and campfire at 6 pm. Bring the family! We hope to see you there!

Bill and I plan to camp, paddle, drink and eat! Did we think of a way to let people know what campsites we are in? How many people expect to camp?
